Pricing FAQs
Is there a setup fee for providers?
No. Creating a provider profile is completely free. We only charge a 10% commission on successfully completed bookings.
When does the commission get deducted?
The platform fee is deducted automatically when payment is collected for a booking. You see your net amount in your earnings dashboard.
What if a booking is cancelled?
If a customer cancels with more than 24 hours notice, you receive no payment and no commission is charged. For late cancellations, a fee applies.
How do agent commissions work?
Agents earn 5% of every booking made by providers they recruited. This continues for the lifetime of the provider's account — there's no time limit.
Are there limits on how much I can earn?
No limits. The more bookings you complete (as a provider) or the more providers you recruit (as an agent), the more you earn.
